Regional Coverage
We are adding new locations to expand throughout the North East.

Beautiful pro-working spaces are proving popular in a variety of locations around the North East and the rest of the UK. The dour, sterile old perception of offices is being reinvigorated by a new generation of well designed, colourful and welcoming working environments.

Adavo is at the front of that reinvention and we're dedicated to servicing that demand throughout the North East. We are opening new locations in Blyth and Darlington and have our sights set on 30 locations around the region within the coming years.

We know the type of buildings we are looking for and have a growing pipeline of targets that will help us deliver our vision of creating the largest, most energetic network of workspaces in the North East of England.

Wallsend Town Hall
High Street East, Wallsend, NE28 7AT

The Town Hall Chambers at Wallsend epitomises our goal of iconic landmark buildings being repurposed into modern, connected business exchanges. Situated in the heart of the Town centre, the magnificent baroque architecture stands out as the tallest building on the High Street and the local landmark in its area.

The building is Grade II listed and was built as the municipal centre of Wallsend on Tyne, at the time it's own consituency seperate from the rest of North Tyneside. One of only two munipal complexes in the UK that housed the full community itinerary of council chamber, police station and cells, magistrate courts as well as the fire department and public baths, the building has once again retaken its place at the heart of Wallsend's commercial activities..

Over 50+ offices house close to 300 jobs which helps make a real difference to the local Wallsend economy.

The Clervaux Exchange
Clervaux Terrace, Jarrow, NE32 5UP

Once the Magistrates courts for Jarrow and the wider South Tyneside area, the magnificent Clervaux Exchange has been brought back into life and now houses over 50 offices ranging from 1 desk private offices through to 30 desk chambers on the upper floor. There are now close to 250 jobs in a building once slated for long term stagnation as it reached the end of its previous working use as the local police station and armoury. A real success story for Jarrow and South Tyneside.

One of the great features of The Clervaux is the vaulted ceiling that runs all the way along the main corridor with a pleated voile to create a sumptious interior space. Another of the major tasks was to re-open the two double height vaulted ceilings to the boardroom and Grand Chamber, which bring the spaces alive and give the building a real 'wow' factor.

Another local landmark, The Clervaux is now the stand out working residence in the South Tyneside enterprise scene.

St Thomas Street, Sunderland, SR1 1NW

A jewel in our crown and one of the finest buildings to work from in the North East today. The Commissioners' is in the heart of Sunderland's long established professional district housing solicitors, accountants and professional firms.
